Save Families From Looters!

There are 5.7 million homes in Pennsylvania. 26% of them (1,500,000) use septic tanks to dispose of wastewater. 2.5 people live in the average home.   3,600,000 Pennsylvanians depend on septic tanks.  These systems have been used for over a century with no plagues of cholera, malaria, or other diseases.

Ignored Problem #1: “Septic System Profiteers” use exaggerated, and often imaginary, environmental concerns to force people to replace simple Septic Systems that used to cost a few thousand dollars with needlessly costly alternatives, like complicated sand mounds.  They can cost $35,000.00!

3,600,000 Pennsylvanians live in fear of the worst kind of family-hating Sewage Enforcement Officers.  The State has given them the power to force families to replace entire septic systems that may only need perforated plastic pipe, gravel, topsoil, or a $2.00 bag of bacteria every month to work as well as they need to.  Family-haters force helpless families to put in budget-crushing Septic Systems that often require another mortgage they may not be able to afford or get.

Ignored Problem #2: “Public Sewage Profiteers” hurt families in many Townships and Counties when they force more homes to be hooked up to ever more costly sewage systems.  Population loss is destroying many urban and suburban areas because people believe they can no longer afford to have children.  Some Public School teachers are so concerned about running out of children that their leaders are demanding uncontrolled immigration!  Our number of Congressional Representatives has dropped from 36 to 17 because Pennsylvanians have fewer children.

Ignored Problem #3: “The Dye Test” flushes brightly colored “dye” into the septic tank to see if it surfaces outside the tank. It almost always does, because that’s how septic tanks have been working for over a hundred years!  Then, the Sewage Enforcement Officer, a few of whom are as heartless as jack-booted Gestapo agents, may announce with hidden glee: “Your septic tank has failed ‘The Dye Test’!”  Then, a Septic Profiteer tells them: “You need a Sand Mound. It will only cost $35,000.00, if you are lucky!”

Ignored Problem #4:  Recently, a “Septic Profiteer” asked the secretary of a local septic-cleaning company to lunch. There, he is reported to have told her: “I will pay you $250.00 for every name and phone number of people who have a septic problem.”  Did he want to give a Sewage Enforcement Officer profitable targets and make money from installing a mandated “sand mound”?

Ignored Problem #5:  Some of those within The Department of Environmental Protection seem to be “hired guns” used by Septic Profiteers. Some of them hurt Pennsylvania families and job-providing businesses with Septic Tank Rules that make repairs as costly as possible.  No Pennsylvania Governors or Legislators have cared or dared to reduce their power to destroy families.  Frankly, few elected officials criticize anything the DEP does, even those in Counties with huge population losses and lower property values.  We read the monthly updates of our State Legislators and wonder how they can ignore a major cause of their shrinking populations!

Ignored Problem #6: State and local officials are “friendly” toward those who give them campaign donations.   Septic Profiteers take full advantage of that. Their donations and marketing efforts have allowed the Department of Environmental Protection to take legal control of the Inspection Process that allows Septic and Sewage Profiteers to take billions of dollars from millions of Pennsylvania Families.  A former Pennsylvania Congresswoman in Western Pennsylvania described them privately as “Regulatory Racketeers”.

Ignored Problem #9  shows how much Public Sewage Profiteers often hurt every Family in a Community:  Public Sewage Profiteers do far more damage than Septic Profiteers!  Forty years ago, families in the small town of Prospect, Pennsylvania, had the usual “Dye Tests” used to force them to hook up to a Public Sewer Authority, despite no diseases or health issues to people or their hundreds of nearby water wells, from their septic tanks or earlier “outhouses” in use for the previous two hundred years.

Every caring voter must see how The Public Sewage Profiteers War on Families has hurt every resident in the town of Prospect in Butler County, Pennsylvania;

What hurt Every Family in Prospect? New septic regulations were invented and imposed on Prospect, Pennsylvania, by Elected Officials, many of whom received more praise and donations from  Sewer System Profiteers than they ever got from Septic Profiteers!  Pretending to be “concerned about the environment”, they forced regulations to keep anyone from building a house in Prospect until they had Public Sewage.

The result?  Every housing unit in Prospect is now forced to pay $97.50 every month for Public Sewage that replaced their free septic tanks.
Public Sewage Profiteers took so much money out of the town that two restaurants, one farm-implement dealer, a gas station, and a grocery store closed.   Things got worse!  The people of Prospect were impoverished by Public Sewage Profiteers, who include “Bond Profiteers” on Wall Street.  So much money was flushed out of their town that their bank closed!

Read that again!  “So much money was flushed out of their town that their bank closed.”

Since Public Sewage was imposed, there are more vacant lots in Prospect than ever!  It is cheaper to tear down an old house that could be easily remodeled than to meet the regulatory standards mandated by Public Sewage Profiteers.  Every time a home is removed from the tax rolls, every other family’s costs go up!

While the families of Prospect and thousands of other towns were being similarly ravaged, hardly any State Legislators from either Party stood up for them. The few Township Supervisors and Borough Council members who love their neighbors enough to protect them are often replaced by candidates with more funding. No one asks where that funding comes from!  One of the saddest facts in The Butler Novel is that Republican family-looters in mostly Republican Prospect told their neighbors how blessed they were to have Public Sewers send their family assets down the drain.

Sadly, all of them believed in the self-serving environmental myths that led many Professional Republicans to join with Democrats and spread grass-killer on their mostly Republican grassroots.  Instead of being“sold down the river”, they were “flushed” down.  The problems got worse as Wall Street funded larger consortiums of water and sewage profiteers.

Portersville families have the same small lots with their own wells and septic tanks that Prospect used to have.  Portersville did not have our $10-20,000.00 Septic Tank stripped from our assets. We did not have to pay $10,000.00-20,000.00 in today’s money for hook-up fees to a Public Sewer. Portersville families did not have to pay nearly $50,000.00 in constant-dollar monthly sewage fees for forty years. Portersville families could receive interest payments on that money!  50.00/month invested at 6% for 40 years = $120,000.00!  Instead of flushing it down the toilet, Portersville families could afford new tires for our vehicles, furnaces for our homes, prom dresses, kitchen remodeling, and things we needed to help our families. Guess what? Our Bank is still here!

Read that sentence again:  “Our Bank is still here!”

The Public Sewage Profiteers did not take two hundred thousand dollars from every family in Portersville. Every year, our families get richer. Every year, the families in Prospect and other places impoverished by Public Sewage Profiteers get poorer as their monthly fees double, triple, and sometimes quadruple to pay for shoddy installation, poor maintenance, subsequent bond issues for bigger Public Sewage Profiteers, higher interest rates, and their many, many, many “consultants” and “engineers”. Some of them have climbed from the pits of self-serving delusions to what may be the very pinnacle of tax-addicted, family-impoverishing hurtfulness:  “Watershed Management”.

Comparing Portersville and Prospect shows how Families are being destroyed across Pennsylvania and America! Needlessly expensive Septic and Sewer Systems do the same damage to families as drugs and gambling: they destroy family finances and cause troubled families, divorces, and unnecessary worries in life.

More voters than ever are asking in agony:  “Why can’t they just leave us alone?”

The problem in a nutshell:  A single Mother with two children lives nearby.   She was forced to replace a $5,000.00 septic tank built twenty years ago and spend over $50,000.00 dollars!   Now, her family has a tiny TV camera buried in her septic tank so it can be inspected at an additional annual cost.  Two houses away from her, another family had to borrow over $20,000.00 from a profiteering Pennsylvania Agency instead of making simple, far less expensive repairs because the rules legislated to enrich Septic Profiteers made that impossible to legally do.

“Regulatory Racketeers” create and use largely imaginary environmental problems as an excuse to hurt millions of Pennsylvania families. Finding and supporting Township Supervisors, Borough Council, County Leaders, and Legislators with candidates who care more about families than donors is our only protection from “Septic, Sewage, and Water Profiteers”.  When Family-Focused candidates like Stacy Garrity run for office, we are blessed.

Something Amazing!

What is the most amazing thing we learn about the difference between the looting of Prospect and the comparative prosperity of Portersville?   The people of Prospect do not hate, revile, and despise the community leaders who got them hooked onto the sewer system that took $200,000.00 from every family in Prospect!  They do not let themselves fall into the sin of hating those who made them poorer.  That encourages those who profit from bamboozling helpless neighbors:  “People in Pennsylvania are so good and decent they will not hate us for stealing more from them. Let’s steal some more!”

Lying, shameless looters do not realize that The Accountant in The Sky tracks every fraud on earth.  The more loving we are to those who use political power to loot us, the more painful their eternal fate is in the lower circles of hell.  As Dante reminds us in “The Inferno”, possibly the best-selling book in the past 700 years, “The souls of those who participate in ‘Complex Frauds’ must spend eternity being tormented in the lower six circles of hell”.

Christians pray that our looters may be blessed to repent before their souls go to Judgment!  As they continue to impoverish us, the better our souls do at Judgment for having obeyed The Teaching of Jesus and “loving God and our neighbors as ourselves.”  We even try to love the family-destroying water, septic, sewer, and watershed profiteers, “as ourselves.”  What a great Test of Faith God has given us!

Water, Septic, Sewage, and Watershed Profiteers are helping bring projected 15-20% population losses to many Pennsylvania Townships and Counties in their War on Families. The growing horde of recently spawned “Watershed Profiteers” only makes Imaginary Environmental Problems more costly as gleeful Environmental Profiteers endlessly charge us for inspecting everything they can, at the expense of helpless families, fooling the ever-fewer trusting citizens with monikers like “Stormwater Management”.

Many Democrats and Independent voters love their families.  Even they can realize how much water and sewage profiteers are costing them and are appalled at the biggest financial problem they face:  being crushed by Septic, Sewage, Water, and the increasingly visible Watershed Profiteers.

May all elected officials and bureaus be blessed with enough love for their neighbors to stop hiding from this issue. May God bless all Legislators, Township Supervisors, Borough Councils, and bureaus to work as effectively on behalf of families as they do on behalf of donors!

UPDATE 4.  Nearby looting:  On 5/15/2025, the same wonderful reporter quoted above, Hunter Muro from The Butler Eagle, told us about Sewage Profiteering Plans in nearby Connoquenessing Twp.  Caring people there asked the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection to spare their families from the incredible expense of a $53,000,000.00 plot that would cost every family $252.00 every month, some part of which might be reduced by getting “Grant Money” confiscated from other taxpaying families in Pennsylvania!

At that meeting, a remarkably caring and intelligent woman, Dianna Edwards, informed the Sewage Profiteers:  “It makes no sense.  It is not logical to go down these paths of a price tag like this.  You would never put your own family in that kind of financial strain.  You would never put your own business in that kind of personal strain.  Why in the world would you do it to everybody else?”

What else but demon-driven greed could drive these Water, Septic, Sewage, and Watershed Profiteers to love their vanity and themselves so much more than their neighbors?

Update 5:  Even some Democrats can see reasons to protect Pennsylvania families from Private Equity Looters on Wall Street!

Spotlight PA, 5/27, 2025, quotes Governor Shapiro on what he accused them of having done to family Health Care!   “At the time,” he said, “private equity has infected our health care system” and treats Pennsylvania hospitals like “a piggy bank they can empty out and smash on the floor.”  Sadly, he appears to avoid that problem today, the same way he now ignores “School Choice” proposals that he now ignores because his biggest donors’ interests are threatened.

We pray that all Democrats will realize that every family in Pennsylvania has become a “piggy bank” that Water, Septic, Sewage, and Watershed Profiteers are “emptying out and smashing on the floor”!  We are glad to have that insight from our Governor, and only hope he will apply it in every area of government.

Not a Hidden Problem #10!  Those “donors” to some officials may include those funded by high-level, high-paid executives of huge Water and Sewage Profiteering Companies. The head of one such company is a woman who receives $7,200,000.00 a year from American Water Works.  The yearly income of just five of their Very Important Profiteers, whose names have been redacted.  We do not want to expose them to what happened to another highly paid executive who was assassinated by a very disturbed Luigi Mangione in New York for what he thought was “heartless medical looting”.  May all such people use the remaining time they have to save their souls from being eternally punished in the Six Lower Circles of Hell reserved for those who are, as Dante teaches, guilty of despising the families they impoverish with their “Complex Frauds”:

The President, her top half-dozen executives, and a dozen people on her board of directors personally receive about $20,000,000.00 every year for themselves.  And take more money away from helpless families to pay the hefty salaries of cunning Marketing Professionals and well-trained salespeople.  Their agents are paid large salaries to ingratiate themselves with and lead Township Supervisors, Borough Councils, County Commissioners, and other elected officials to be “enlightened” enough to mandate that more money will be taken from families so huge amounts may continue to flow through Public Water and Sewer Systems into their pockets.  Their lobbyists may be among the most highly paid salespeople in Pennsylvania!

Township Supervisors and Bureau Councils may have first-hand knowledge about what sort of “donations”, “inducements” and “contributions” may be received from the billions of dollars floating around such projects.  Few, if any, law enforcement agencies are moved to investigate, even though their families are among the needlessly afflicted.

A simple question lets us understand the motivation of Wall Street Companies to turn families into ever-poorer puppets: “Every time a person locked into their systems flushes a toilet, how many pennies, nickels, and dimes do those people get?”  

Has anyone learned enough arithmetic skills in a Public School to answer that question?

There is hope!

The Supreme Court’s recent and amazing Chevron Decision does not allow bureaucrats to use “Regulatory Racketeers” to force needlessly expensive programs on helpless families by using profit-generating standards invented to make families poorer in the name of “Public Safety”. This is a connection that more intelligent Pennsylvania voters and Public Officials outside the Party Elite are beginning to understand. All are increasingly grateful to the handful of Public Officials and candidates who are “Family-Friendly” in a meaningful way.

But, More Problems are Hidden and Ignored

Ignored Problem #11:  Public Water Profiteers:

Public Water Profiteers hate for people to get free water from their wells. Many are forced to abandon their wells, an asset value of $10-20,000.00. Then, they must pay to get Public Water. One Cranberry Township resident in Butler County reported that his family would have to pay over $40,000.00 to do so!

Sometimes, small public water companies come up for sale.  Many want to buy such companies and hook their customers up to endless charges and increases.  In nearly all of Pennsylvania, families can drill a well and be free from such charges.  No State Organizations are willing to help families drill wells and be free from those seeking monopolies enjoyed by Public Water Profiteers.

In Zelienople, Public Water Profiteers rejected their earlier water source and spent huge amounts on pipelines to bring worse water in from many, many miles to the West.  That “new water” is sometimes so bad that few can stand to drink it.  Even so, no agencies encourage people to drill their own wells when possible and have free water, rather than wasting up to $80.00/month!  Profiteers of Public Water, Sewage, and Watershed Management are involved.  Elected officials do not want to risk having their safe, sizable campaign contributions go to opponents!

The Historical Precedent that Tax-Addicts avoid!   Public Water Profiteers do not want us to understand!  The Bible tells us that Abraham’s freedom to provide wells and free water for his family allowed them to: “Be fruitful and multiply.”  Prophets who came after Abraham were blessed to Spread The Word of The Coming of He Who would Fulfill The Prophecies God gave to them!   The entirety of the Jewish and Christian Faith is based on Abraham’s Freedom to dig wells that provided free water for his growing family and escape from the public-water aqueducts mandted by tax-addicted Babylon!

May all families have Abraham’s God-given Freedom to provide wells that, 4,000 years ago, were the foundation for the fortunes of The Twelve Tribes from whom so many European Peoples and Believers from Spain to Norway and from Ireland to India and around the world are spiritually, and more often than many realize, genetically, descended.

Ignored Problem #12: Watershed Profiteers are working to seize control of entire areas. Virtually anything that changes any natural, downhill water flow must fall under their complete control. Soon, driveway culverts and house gutters may be carefully inspected, permitted, and regulated.   A new “brood of deceitful and underhanded people” (Phil 2:15) may lead the “Watershed Inspectors” who seek to manage “Stormwater”. They want to be paid to control and regulate any change in or on the Earth’s surface to get money from anyone who falls under that purview.

Inspection Costs and fees will be levied to enrich the “Watershed Profiteers”.  The usual profiteers of public service support them! “Environmental Profiteers” want to take collectively uncountable billions from ever more fees, inspections, and appeals. Many want hard-hearted battalions of “Watershed Enforcement Officers” to reward those who loot their neighbors under the guise of “Stormwater Management”.

Families will have additional legal and engineering expenses.  Money that could be invested in businesses that make and do useful things will disappear into ever more useless pockets as the stagnation of falling birth rates follows the looters.  Would anyone in their right mind want to start a business in a state like Pennsylvania instead of a more “family-friendly” State?

Ignored Problem #13:  As rural areas lose population, cunning plans to “gerrymander” districts are implemented.  That puts more Family-Friendly Legislators out of office as those candidates are forced to compete with large numbers of tax-addicted voters in bigger cities.  Then, all families are even more likely to be ravaged by Septic, Sewage, Water, and Watershed Profiteers.

Ignored Problem #14: “More Bad Luck for millions of families.”

Septic/Sewage/Water/Watershed Profiteers work hand-in-glove with Public Education Profiteers.  As neighborhoods are destroyed by those fleeing costly Public Education in urban areas, many are forced to build new houses.  New homes are crammed onto ever-smaller lots so they can be appraised at far higher rates than older homes in every area.  The more highly appraised homes that can be jammed into a subdivision, the more Property Taxes will be received by Public Education Profiteers!

That is why Public Education Profiteers focus more on “The Environment” than reading, writing, and arithmetic.  Entire generations have been brainwashed to believe: “It is our Highest Duty to pay whatever is needed to ‘protect the environment’.”  That is accompanied by repeating the same teaching Mao Zedong used to justify killing up to 150,000,000 people and aborting 330,000,000 babies in China:  “There are too many people.”

The Results of those “Ignored Problems”?

The results of “Rule by Political Profiteers” are clear from Newsweek Magazine, of all places:  “Pennsylvania’s shrinking population may also be because deaths are outpacing births.  Pennsylvania is among the states with the lowest fertility rates, with only 53.3 births per 1,000 women aged 15 to 44, according to CDC data.”  The problem is compounded by the fact that many of our younger and most capable people are moving to states like Florida, Texas, and the Carolinas.  There are still places in the old Confederate States where the Septic, Sewage, Water, and Watershed Profiteers are not destroying families with unrelenting cost increases.  Many of our most intelligent young parents are “Moving out!”

May Public Officials understand two simple facts:

1. Conventional, inexpensive septic systems, low-cost sewage, and wells bring financial freedom to families.

2. Politically correct, uncontrolled mandates from “Regulatory Racketeers” destroy families.

These are among the most important issues we face if we want our families to have a future. May all Legislators and Public Officials be blessed to put families before well-organized Septic, Sewage, Water, and Watershed Profiteers and their donations.

Three Prayers for God’s Help:

1. May all be blessed to understand what was revealed to Dante about the fate of souls at Judgment: “All who unrepentantly participate in ‘complex frauds’ must eternally suffer in the lower six circles of ‘The Inferno’.”

2. May Elected Officials with legal authority to force neighbors to pay for unnecessary “improvements” be blessed to tell donors who lobby for personally profitable, family-hurting regulations This Simple Truth: “If I bear false witness to vote to reward you for lies and exaggerations, my soul will join yours in suffering forever, even farther down in the lower circles of Hell. May we both be smart enough to avoid that!”

3. May “Regulatory Racketeers” and all “Political Profiteers” be blessed to obey The Bible Instruction from Ephesians 4:28 so their souls may spend eternity in Heaven: “Anyone who was a thief must stop stealing.”

An Odd Question:  “What will many Septic, Sewage, Water, and Watershed Profiteers do when we pray that Public Officials will be blessed to care more about ‘helpless families’ than the greed that drives ‘Government Looters’?”

Answer: “The most greedy, godless, and ruthless ‘Regulatory Racketeers’will make bigger donations to Elected Officials!”  They will seize control of their party nominating process so that a handful of the greediest are not kept from riches by Secret Ballots when nominees for political office are chosen.  We pray that elected officials will be smart enough to tell them:  “My soul is worth far, far more than you are offering me!”  Some will tell bigger lies, falsify more studies, invent more Imaginary Problems, and make bigger “contributions” to profit from more attacks on more families. Sadly for them, the more “complex” their “frauds” become, the lower the circle of hell to which their poor souls will be sent.

The biggest mistake made by those who hurt their neighbors?  They do not understand that demons despise their puppets!   Those led to idolize “the separation of Church and State” to justify stealing from their neighbors must spend eternity living in the greatest agony of the deepest pits of hell, suffering the endless torments of the same demons who rewarded them for hurting their neighbors.

Closing note:  An Amazing Solution to Water, Sewage, and Watershed Looters was inspired by Catholic monks and nuns!

Americans are taught:  “Take a shower or bath every day!”  A growing number of us see the financial advantage of washing ourselves with a cold washcloth and using a little deodorant and taking showers every week or so.  That lets us avoid stripping our skin of the valuable nutrients and oils God programmed our skin to produce to protect us from irritations that may include some skin cancers.  Some of us realize what Daily Bath and Shower Propagandists do not want us to know:

1. The average shower uses 20 gallons of water.  A bath uses 40 gallons.  Every day, nearly 300,000,000 Americans use an average of 30 gallons for daily baths and showers.  Every day, approximately 9,000,000,000 gallons of bath and shower water flow in and out of an average American home for needless baths and showers.  Every year, 3,285,000,000,000 gallons of water go down America’s Daily Shower and Water Drain.

A gallon of water for those with wells and septic tanks costs less than a penny for the ever-fewer families who are blessed with the freedom to have them.  Recently, water and sewage costs have been radically increasing wherever Profiteers can get elected officials to increased prices.

Families are often ravaged when they are forced onto needlessly expensive public water and sewer monopolies owned by greedy profiteers profiting from imaginary environmental and watershed concerns.  They often pay more than 4 cents for each gallon that comes in and goes out.  At an average in-and-out cost of 4 cents per gallon, 300,000,000 Americans spend $131,400,000,000.00 on water for daily bathing.

3.  Half of that water is heated.  It costs 2 cents to heat our 1,642,500,000,000 gallons of hot bath and shower water, wasting another $32,850,000,000.00 per year.

4.  Americans spend about $85.00 a year on soap and shampoo.   That could be reduced to $5.00 by taking fewer baths and showers.  That would save each of 300,000,000 Americans $80.00, nearly $24,000,000,000.00.

5.  Since daily baths and showers with soap and hot water wash away valuable nutrients from the skin, American men and women spend a yearly average of $400.00 on skin care products.  300,000,000 people spend $120,000,000,000.00 to replace some of what they have unknowingly washed and scrubbed away in needless baths and showers.

6.  Washing, drying, folding, and putting towels and washcloths away costs 300,000,000 Americans at least $5.00 a month, $60 a year, for $18,000,000,000.00.

7.  Purchase, installation, repairs, maintenance, and too-frequent replacement of water heaters, washers, and dryers costs at least 150.00/year.  300,000,000 people spend $45,000,000,000.00 a year on that.

8.  The time spent on all the unnecessary activities above wastes at least an hour a week.  $20.00/hr x 52 hours x 300,000,000 people means that Americans waste at least $312,400,000,000.00 every year that could have been invested in family or work!

When we total those numbers, we see how much American money goes down the drain by taking unnecessary baths or showers every day:  131,400,000,000 + 32.85  billion + 120 billion + 1.2 trillion + 18 billion + 45 billion + 312 billion = $683,250,000,000.00.

Our national debt is $37,400,000,000,000.00 (37.4 trillion dollars).   300,000,000 people taking fewer showers and baths for ten years could pay off more than $6,834,250,000,000,000.00 trillion of our National Debt in one decade!  In 10 more years, almost a third of it (13.6 trillion) could be gone.  In a lifetime, the entire National Debt could be paid down to practically nothing!

President Trump could encourage This New Catholic Idea and eliminate our National Debt in about the same time that it took Andrew Jackson to finally pay off America’s National Debt from the Revolutionary War and the War of 1812.   He could be the Greatest Champion of His People in History!

And, all Americans would look younger because our faces would not be prematurely aged by hurtful scrubbing and wrinkled by needless worry!

May Americans be blessed to think clearly enough to ignore all the Take a Daily Bath or Shower Propaganda and help pay off the National Debt by simply washing ourselves with a damp washcloth at least six mornings out of seven.
